“By the way, I have noticed that masks are not being worn correctly in Armenia. Mr. Torosyan, is this the right way? Should the mouth and nose be covered?” Prime Minister Pashinyan said addressing the Minister of Health during a government meeting.
“Definitely, the nose and mouth should be covered,” responded Arsen Torosyan.
