Preschools and Kindergartens Open Today: Request from Kotayk Regional Governor

As already known, following the directive of the RA Prime Minister, preschools and kindergartens open today. In the last few days, our communities have actively prepared to properly accommodate the little ones attending kindergartens in accordance with the established norms.

I would like to note that monitoring groups composed of our staff and representatives from various departments have been formed, which will also conduct surprise inspections of the preschools and kindergartens to familiarize themselves with the situation on the ground.

Thus, I once again urge and request you to 1. Organize the preschool education process with maximum caution, following the instructions of the Prime Minister. 2. Exclude the entry of accompanying persons into preschool educational institutions. 3. Eliminate crowding of people in areas adjacent to preschool educational institutions. 4. Organize the care and education process of children in reduced groups of 10-12 children, ensuring social distance of 1.5-2 meters during play, study, meal, and nap times.

Temporarily limit attendance at preschool educational institutions, prioritizing children whose home care is not practically feasible due to parents' remote work arrangements or other objective circumstances.

Dear ones, the health and safety of our little ones is a priority for us, therefore, it is imperative to strictly adhere not only to the mentioned guidelines but also to a number of established rules aimed at protecting our children's health. Stay healthy!"
