Rescuers Bring Inside a Man Hanging from the Balcony in an Intoxicated State

The Crisis Management National Center received a call on May 10 at 21:45, reporting that a resident of a building on A. Khachatryan Street No. 1 in Yerevan was hanging from a balcony. This was announced by the press office of the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A fire and rescue unit from the emergency service's Yerevan department, along with an instructor from the psychological support division, were dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that a citizen named Ara G. (born in 1973) was in an intoxicated state, sitting on the balcony and refusing to come down.

The rescuers opened the door to the apartment and brought the citizen back inside from the balcony.
