Tragic Car Accident on Yeraskhahun-Vardanashen Road: Mother and Son Killed on the Spot

On May 10, at 00:28, the Crisis Management National Center received information about a traffic accident on the Yeraskhahun-Vardanashen road. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A firefighting and rescue team from the regional emergency response department was dispatched to the scene. It turned out that a collision occurred between a BMW (driver: Hayk Kh., 43 years old) and a VAZ-2107 (driver: Islam Sh., 26 years old), resulting in the death of the VAZ-2107 driver and a passenger (Azniv O., 60 years old) at the scene.

The driver of the BMW was assisted by rescuers and transported to the hospital in Armavir, where he received appropriate medical care and was discharged.

The rescuers de-energized the vehicles and secured the area. According to Shamshyan.com, the deceased were a mother and son.
