VIDEO: Rainwater Accumulates and Fills Vehicles in a Street of Yerevan

Facebook users are sharing videos showing rainwater collecting and filling vehicles on one of the streets in Yerevan. In the mentioned video, the user reports being on a street near the American University of Armenia, known to the public as the "government garages" street.

According to the user, the storm drains in the street are not functioning, which is why the rainwater has accumulated and disrupted parked cars.
