A citizen in 14-day quarantine, Ophelia Baboyan, expressed her gratitude to the Armenian authorities and the president of the Union of Armenians in Ukraine, Vilen Shatvoryan, for the free transportation of Armenian citizens from Kyiv to Armenia through a Facebook video address.
