Two Individuals Wanted in Connection with Violence Against Seda Safaryan's Daughter, Son-in-Law, and Their Relatives

In connection with the incident of violence against Seda Safaryan's daughter, son-in-law, and their relatives, the Investigative Committee of Armenia has uncovered several details during the investigation carried out by the Malatia-Sebastia Division of the Yerevan Investigative Department. This includes the identification of two individuals allegedly involved in the crime.

Decisions have been made by the preliminary investigation body to involve them as defendants under points 1 and 2 of part 3 of Article 258 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Armenia. Pretrial detention has been selected as a measure of restraint, and they have been declared wanted.

As reported earlier, on April 24, 2020, at 22:30, individuals allegedly committing the crime exhibited a prolonged and gross violation of public order in the Mush district of Yerevan, expressing open disrespect towards society. They engaged in a dispute, created noise, used offensive language, and committed acts of violence against Seda Safaryan's daughter, son-in-law, and their relatives.

The investigation is ongoing, and measures are being undertaken to clarify all circumstances of the incident and to identify other individuals involved.
