Restrictions Eased: Decision of the Armenian Prime Minister Published

The decision regarding amendments to the Prime Minister's order No. 27 dated March 31, 2020, has been published.
"Guided by the Government of the Republic of Armenia's decision No. 298-N dated March 16, 2020, on declaring a state of emergency in the Republic of Armenia, amendments and additions have been made to the Prime Minister's decision No. 27 regarding the restrictions applied throughout the territory of the Republic of Armenia due to the legal regime of the state of emergency as follows:
- Point 5 of Appendix No. 1 has been edited to read:
- "5. The following exceptions are made from Point 1 of this appendix:
- 1) Visiting retail outlets located no more than 500 meters in urban areas and no more than 1 kilometer in rural areas from the place of residence, which are permitted by Appendix No. 2, and commercial entities operating outside these areas;
- 2) Engaging in physical exercises or cycling not farther than 1 kilometer from the place of residence;
- 3) Walking not farther than 1 kilometer from the place of residence, with no more than 2 adult individuals or family members.
- 5.1. In cases specified in Point 5, it is necessary to have a completed sheet containing information as defined in Form 2 of this appendix through a paper or mobile application, along with an identity document."
- This decision enters into force upon publication.
