Hovhannes Bachkov Resumes Individual Training and Shares How He Overcame Coronavirus
Armenia national team member and European boxing champion Hovhannes Bachkov, who recently recovered from coronavirus, posted on his official page and mentioned that he is feeling very well now.
“Since I can't respond individually to many journalists, I decided to address my condition in this way. I only felt the virus's presence in my body for two days, which I connected with a cold. Fever, slight cough, nasal congestion, chills were the main symptoms. What stressed me out more was not so much the fact of being infected, but the fear of infecting someone else. Being a psychologically balanced person, I was able to control that fear. To everyone's delight, I did not infect any of my family members. I also did not infect those I had contact with in London. The fact that I didn't infect anyone surprised me. Today I feel very good, I have returned to normal life and have started my individual training again. I urge my dear compatriots to stay home, not to panic, stay sober, and eat well,” wrote the Armenian boxer.
