Restrictions on Freedom of Movement and Certain Types of Economic Activity to be Lifted on April 13
The Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Crisis Management Center, Tigran Avinyan, announced on his Facebook page that changes have been made to the temporary restrictions on the right to freedom of movement and certain types of economic activities.
“Dear compatriots, today a decision has been made to change the temporary restrictions on the right to freedom of movement and types of economic activities. Starting from April 13, restrictions on certain types of economic activities will be lifted. In particular, economic activities will be permitted in the following sectors:
- Manufacturing sector:
- 12 - Production of tobacco products;
- 23.5 - Production of cement, clay, gypsum, and plaster;
- 23.6 - Production of products from concrete, cement, and gypsum;
- 25.11 - Production of metal constructions and their parts;
- Construction sector will be almost completely open, except for:
- 43.3 - Activities related to the final stage of construction;
- Professional, scientific, and technical activities:
- 71.12 - Engineering activities and related technical consultations.
Additionally, on April 14, from 00:01 to 23:59, personal movement will be allowed to and from the place of permanent residence or the place of mandatory self-isolation at their discretion.”
