COVID-19 Cases in Armenia Reach 977; 40 New Confirmed Cases Reported by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Armenia has reached 977. This announcement was made by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a live Facebook broadcast, providing the most up-to-date information.
Earlier, it had been reported that as of April 11, there were an additional 29 confirmed cases, bringing the total number to 966.
The Armenian Unified Information Platform reports that two deceased patients, aged 86 and 81, had contracted the coronavirus and were confirmed to have bilateral pneumonia. Furthermore, they had underlying chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and ischemic heart disease.
