For the First Time in U.S. History, All States Declared Disaster Zones

According to Fox News, for the first time in U.S. history, the President has declared all states as disaster zones. Earlier, President Donald Trump announced Wyoming as a disaster zone, meaning the emergency measures are now in effect across all 50 states.

According to data from Johns Hopkins University, the number of COVID-19 cases in the United States has exceeded 530,000, and the country has surpassed others in the number of fatalities. The death toll in the U.S. due to the coronavirus has exceeded 20,000. In the last five days, the number of deaths in the U.S. has reached from 10,000 to 20,000.

Wyoming's Governor Mark Gordon reached out to Donald Trump in a letter on April 9 when the number of cases in the state surpassed 200.
