Gegharkunik Governor Gnel Sanosyan has stated on his Facebook page: "Dear compatriots, I know many of you have already changed your car tires, but it is still snowing in Gegharkunik. Therefore, I kindly ask you not to travel in our direction and to stay home as much as possible. Stay safe!"
