Ararat Region Reports 173 COVID-19 Cases, No New Infections Yesterday, Governor Says

In the Ararat region, the latest data indicates that there are 173 confirmed COVID-19 cases. However, to everyone's relief, there is a trend of decreasing cases, as there were no new confirmed cases yesterday. This was reported by the Governor of Ararat, Garik Sargsyan, on his Facebook page.

“In the Ararat region, the latest data shows 173 confirmed COVID-19 cases, but I am pleased to note that there is a trend of decreasing cases: we had no new confirmed cases yesterday. If this trend continues in the coming days, we can say that the spread of the virus has been neutralized in our region. However, this does not mean that we can relax completely; movement restrictions will continue to be strictly enforced. If each of us acts responsibly, we will overcome the virus quickly and gradually return to our normal lives. Stay healthy,” he stated.
