6 Police Officers Infected with Coronavirus: Mhrayan

According to Hayk Mhrayan, the Deputy Chief of Police, there are 6 police officers infected with the coronavirus and 16 isolated officers.

During a press conference held today, Mhrayan noted a significant decrease in the number of crimes, including thefts, during the state of emergency.

He expressed regret that, during the state of emergency when the free movement of citizens is restricted, there are often gatherings of residents in courtyards, and they also receive alerts about this.

“Daily patrols are being conducted by the police and the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Within the limits of our resources and capabilities, we are trying to convince our citizens in the yards not to violate self-isolation rules,” said the Deputy Chief of Police.
