Mashtots Avenue Underpass Covered in Water, Citizens Forced to Cross Street
The underpass located at Mashtots 5 is completely covered in water. The flooding of the underpass has been documented by Factor.am's camera.
Citizens are unable to use the underpass to cross from one side of the street to the other. They are forced to traverse the roadway instead.
Local businesses reported that every time it rains, the underpass ends up submerged.
