Facebook user Arthur Hayrapetyan has published a video on his page, showcasing the bustling activity on Arshakunyats Avenue in Yerevan.
The citizen wrote alongside the video: "This video was just sent to me. Is it really that serious? This is on Arshakunyats Street, next to Yerevan Mall. There are no police or supervision. How long do we have to say ‘stay at home’? I won't say much, you know..."
