"Your House Should be Built, At Least Hold a Fake Press Conference": Council Member to the Mayor

Hrapsime Arakelyan, a member of the Yerevan City Council from the Prosperous Armenia Party, made a post on her Facebook page addressing Mayor Hayk Marutyan.

"Hey, your house should be built, at least hold a fake press conference, do something, show that you are alive, that you are present. How can the mayor of a million-population capital be so absent, especially in these extraordinary circumstances? I want to remind you that under the Yerevan community, the Emergency Medical Service, polyclinics, and several major hospitals operate... dear mayor, where are you? What are you busy with? I am genuinely worried as a Yerevan resident because one thing I've realized is that when we have issues, you are not here... no excuse is acceptable... Please, let my council colleagues not bury my words beneath their comments... people, don’t defend him; he has left no room for defense; don’t do it, this situation is clear evidence of that..."
