You Can Only Go to or Return from Artsakh Under Specific Conditions

Considering the temporary restrictions on the right to free movement of individuals across the territory of the Republic of Armenia, as established by the decision No. 27 of the Prime Minister of Armenia dated March 31, 2020, the Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that from April 3 to April 12, 2020, the right to move through border checkpoints from the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Artsakh and vice versa will be restricted, except for the following cases:

• Drivers of vehicles engaged in cargo transportation and one accompanying person.
• Individuals carrying out agricultural or gardening work in border regions.
• Individuals visiting hospitals and other medical institutions due to urgent health issues.

Individuals mentioned in points 1, 2, and 3 are required to possess and present, upon request, a document containing the information specified in Form 1 or Form 2, as well as an identification document to cross border checkpoints and move within the territory of Armenia.
