Please, I beg and demand that you stay home: Gegharkunik Governor

Gegharkunik Governor Gnel Sanosyan writes on his Facebook page:
“Dear residents of Gegharkunik province,

I ask, beg, and demand (you always demand, this time I’ll demand) that you STAY HOME. Considering that currently there have been no reported cases of coronavirus infection in Gegharkunik and Artsakh, and taking into account that our province serves as the DOOR of Artsakh, I urge you in this state of emergency to strictly follow the instructions of the commandant’s office.
