Forget About Disagreements: Sanasaryan to Arsen Torosyan
David Sanasaryan, the head of the State Health Inspectorate with suspended powers, wrote on his Facebook page, “I read that the new healthcare subsystem being created to fight the coronavirus needs healthcare workers, and I regret not having chosen the medical profession earlier. Nonetheless, I repeat for the second time: if I can provide any service by driving, doing manual labor, or any other task, I am ready to do so day and night.
My appeal is primarily directed to Arsen Torosyan: forget about disagreements, call and invite serious experts from the field for consultations, including those who were responsible during past epidemics. My message to others is: at this moment, regardless of our political and personal disagreements, let’s join hands and take action. If we cannot help, then staying home is the greatest assistance we can provide. The time to talk about mistakes will come; firefighters are not hindered while putting out the fire.
Without panic, but in an organized and rapid manner, we must bring the country to its senses. Solidarity, mutual aid, victory.”
