Citizens of Artsakh in Armenia Can Return to Artsakh Until April 2 at 23:59

The Information Headquarters of Artsakh reports that citizens of the Republic of Artsakh located in the Republic of Armenia can return to Artsakh until April 2 at 23:59.

The announcement states: “Considering the temporary restrictions on the right to free movement throughout the territory of the Republic of Armenia established by the decision N 27 of March 31, 2020, due to the risk of spreading the new coronavirus, we inform citizens of the Republic of Artsakh that they can return to Artsakh until 23:59 on April 2, 2020, as after this time movement will be restricted by the RA Police.”

“An exception to this restriction is made for those engaged in freight transportation, as established by the decision of the Prime Minister of Armenia, who can move within the territory of Armenia (including crossing border checkpoints) after April 2 by presenting an 'Employer's Certificate during the State of Emergency' and an identification document in accordance with the established procedure.”
