Amendments for Citizens with Obligations in 'Varks AM'

The Liquidation Commission of ‘Varks AM Liquidating LLC’ has issued a statement announcing that according to the liquidation plan approved on March 26, 2020, the Commission has decided:

Customers who have overdue obligations as of April 1, 2020, will receive concessions on accrued interests, commission fees, penalties, and fines provided that they make full or partial payments of the principal amount. Meanwhile, customers who do not have overdue obligations as of April 1, 2020, will not be charged any additional amounts (interests, commission fees, penalties, and fines) for the next two months. The obligations of these customers will not be considered overdue during the specified two-month period.
