European Commission Allocates 140 Million Euros to Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Four Other Countries Amid COVID-19

The European Commission has announced that it will allocate 140 million euros to Eastern Partnership countries to mitigate the socio-economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. This statement was made today in Brussels by Ana Pisonero, a representative of the European Commission.

"The European Commission is redirecting 140 million euros to our Eastern partners – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine – to address urgent needs and to help alleviate the socio-economic consequences of the crisis caused by the coronavirus in these countries," said Ana Pisonero.
