No Confirmed Cases of Coronavirus in Artsakh to Date
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh reports that there have been no confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in the republic to date. The Ministry has acquired informative posters about the coronavirus, remote laser thermometers, various types of masks, protective equipment, disinfectant solutions, disposable gowns, gloves, caps, boot covers, and other supplies using financial resources from the state budget and charitable donations, which have been distributed as needed.
Healthcare facilities continue to be supplied with necessary medical supplies. The process of secondary purchases has been halted, and funds have been redirected towards forming reserves of various disinfectants and medical products. All regional health units are equipped with designated rooms for the isolation of individuals suspected of having the coronavirus infection, while the Shusha medical facility is prepared for the treatment of confirmed cases of coronavirus.
