When the Patrol's Decision is Finalized, I Will Send Employees Home: Director of 'Gloria' Sewing Factory
Today I called the governor's office and the municipality, asking them to send the official decision regarding non-working with a stamp and signature, so that I can suspend the factory's operations. This was stated by Bagrat Darbinyan, the director of Vanadzor's 'Gloria' sewing factory, in an interview with Tert.am.
He said that the factory is currently operating, but they are not forcing employees to come to work; they have orders and come in to work as needed.
Bagrat Darbinyan mentioned that they are not aware of the patrol's decision. “I am not informed about the patrol’s decision, I have not received such a decision. We are waiting. I have called the governor's office and the municipality again, asking them to send that decision with a stamp and signature, and I will suspend the factory's operations. What is written in that patrol's decision? Wasn't it stated that a decision should be made and published by 8 in the morning, or at least inform the business community through the governor's office? How am I forcing my employees to come to work? Am I bringing them by beating them? According to our schedule, they arrive in the morning and leave in the evening, and if the patrol's decision is made, the government's decision will also be in place, of course, with great joy I will send the employees home and I will also take a break,” he said.
