Defense Requests Postponement of Court Hearing in Serzh Sargsyan Case

Arman Makaryan, the lawyer for Serzh Sargsyan, has posted on his Facebook page, informing that he has submitted a request to the court to postpone the hearing involving the third President of Armenia.

“Dear friends, journalists, due to the pandemic situation that has arisen in the Republic of Armenia, I have today submitted a request to the Yerevan City Court of First Instance to postpone the hearing scheduled for March 26 at 15:30, concerning the participation of the third President of Armenia, Serzh Azat Sargsyan,” wrote the lawyer.

The defense team of Serzh Sargsyan is involved in this process.
