Proposal to the Crisis Management Team by David Sanasaryan
David Sanasaryan, the suspended head of the State Revenue Committee, wrote:
“I propose to the crisis management team. Today, I conducted a brief monitoring and realized that there are several practical shortcomings under the state of emergency, which require new decisions and orders aimed at their elimination. It is essential to mandate that both taxi drivers and employees in sectors that have direct contact with people are OBLIGED to wear masks and adhere to all known rules. The police should ensure the implementation of this decision.
As a result of the monitoring, I can confidently say that many people ignore the decisions of the crisis manager. Citizens who do not follow the rules and instructions are undermining the efforts made and underway in this direction with their irresponsibility and negligence. I am confident that with our responsible attitude, and by enforcing compliance among the irresponsible, we can neutralize a significant flow of danger.”
