Vahagn Minasian Appointed as Acting Head of Passport and Visa Department Following M. Bichakhchyan's Departure

The Acting Head of the Passport and Visa Department of the Police of Armenia has been appointed as Lieutenant Colonel Vahagn Arshavir Minasian. Prior to this appointment, Minasian served as the Deputy Head of the Passport and Visa Department.

It is noteworthy that on March 13, M. Bichakhchyan, the former head of the department, was dismissed from his position. He has been transferred to the police personnel reserve.
