The Enforcement Service Transitions to Emergency Mode

To prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Enforcement Service of Armenia has announced that it will transition to an emergency work mode due to the declared state of emergency. As a result, it will suspend the execution of actions that require contact with participants in enforcement proceedings and actions to be carried out at the debtor’s address.

The service has issued a statement saying:

“Dear citizens,

To prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Enforcement Service will transition to emergency work mode. Consequently, it will halt the implementation of actions that involve direct contact with participants in enforcement proceedings and the execution of actions at the debtor’s address.

We also inform you that the operations of the Enforcement Service office have been temporarily suspended, so we ask you to visit the Service only when absolutely necessary. If you must visit:

  1. Wear masks and use personal protective equipment.
  2. Exercise maximum caution.
  3. Follow the instructions of the duty staff of the Service.

The Service urges all payments to be made through payment terminals such as “Tel-Sel,” “Easy Pay,” “Idram,” “MobiDram,” and via bank transfers, avoiding visits to any division of the Service. Payments related to enforcement proceedings can also be made through “e-payments” and “ArCa” payment systems.

Applications, complaints, inquiries, and other documents addressed to the Service should be submitted either via the unified electronic inquiry platform (www.e-request.am) or sent through postal services.”
