During Remote Classes, There Will Be 'Physical Education Breaks': Araik Harutyunyan

In order to prevent the spread of the new type of coronavirus in the Republic of Armenia, 'physical education breaks' will be implemented during remote classes established under the state of emergency. This was stated by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports Araik Harutyunyan during a press conference.

“Our students and their parents are forced to spend long periods of time in front of screens during the distance learning process. Classes are broadcast on 'Public' television, and we have suggested that there should be 'physical education breaks' between different lessons. It seems that this is being welcomed, and our children will have the opportunity to monitor their health through light exercises,” said Harutyunyan.
