Andranik Gasparyan Appointed Head of Nubarashen Administrative District by Mayor's Decision
The spokesperson for the Yerevan Municipality, Hakob Karapetyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "By the decision of Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan, Andranik Gasparyan has been appointed as the head of the Nubarashen administrative district. Previously, Gasparyan held the position of secretary of the mayor's office."
