Eduard Martirosyan Appointed Director of National Security Service by Presidential Decree
The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, has issued a decree appointing Eduard Martirosyan as the Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia. Martirosyan has been relieved of his duties as the acting head and deputy director of the same service.
