Which Banks Have Provided Loan Holidays and Which Haven't: Details
We present a list of banks that have already established loan holidays for certain borrower segments or have made some type of offer:
The following banks have set loan holidays:
- Araratbank will offer its customers a loan holiday upon request starting from March 16 for a period of two months.
- AAMeribank was the first to announce a loan holiday from March 13 to May 13.
- Ardshinbank will not apply penalties on citizen loans until May 15, while for businesses, it will provide an individual approach.
- Artsakhbank will not impose penalties on loans until May 1.
- Byblos Bank has granted loan holidays until May 16.
- IncoBank will not apply penalties on overdue loans until April 30.
- Haybusinessbank has deferred the scheduled repayments of personal loans until May 30.
- Hayekonombank will not impose penalties until May 17 but advises income-generating individuals to meet their loan obligations.
- UniBank has established a flexible repayment schedule for loans until April 14.
- Evocabank has provided loan holidays until May 17.
- Conversebank has given its customers the option to defer loan repayments until May 15 if necessary.
- VTB Bank Armenia, as a manifestation of social responsibility, offers physical person borrowers a two-month delay on loan repayments. This benefit applies to both AMD and foreign currency loans for both the principal and interest repayments.
- ID Bank has decided to allow its physical person customers the opportunity to make loan repayments on a flexible schedule that suits them from March 17 to April 17. During this period, no penalties will be applied for non-fulfillment of loan obligations, the loan will not be classified, and the borrower's credit history will not be adversely affected.
- Melat Bank has established some privileges.
