VIDEO: The Commandant's Office has decided to open cargo flow through Iran, says Nikol Pashinyan
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed concerns regarding whether cargo is reaching Armenia under conditions of limited communication during a broadcast at the "Perspective" studio.
The Prime Minister noted that the border communications with Iran were restricted by Armenia, initially for passenger flows and later also for cargo.
Pashinyan informed that the Commandant's Office has made a decision to open cargo flow through Iran.
“The Upper Lars is closed due to weather conditions, but when the road opens, those cargoes will arrive. Cargoes are arriving normally from Poti and Batumi,” he stated.
