What Rules Should Be Followed During a State of Emergency? Deputy Minister Explains
In connection with the declaration of a state of emergency in Armenia, certain rights and freedoms have been restricted. This was stated today by the Deputy Minister of Justice Vahe Danielyan during a conversation with reporters.
“Entry into Armenia is permitted for all citizens of the Republic of Armenia and their family members, regardless of whether the latter are citizens of the Republic of Armenia. The exit of Armenian citizens through land routes is prohibited, except for those engaged in cargo transportation. The holding of gatherings and strikes is also prohibited. There is a ban on receiving and sending deliveries, packages, and parcels in military units. The same restrictions apply in correctional facilities, including visits, except in cases where video calls are utilized,” said the deputy minister.
