Vahagn Harutyunyan Arrested in Russia Released
The arrest of Vahagn Harutyunyan, the former head of the investigative group on the March 1 case, has been revoked, and he has been released by Russian law enforcement authorities. This was announced by Harutyunyan's lawyer, Miran Poghosyan, on his Facebook page.
“Dear journalists, extraordinary news in line with the state of emergency!!! The arrest of Vahagn Harutyunyan has been revoked and he has been released by Russian law enforcement authorities,” wrote Poghosyan.
It is noteworthy that Vahagn Harutyunyan was discovered and arrested in Russia on March 15, 2020, in connection with the March 1 case.
