Sergey Meghryan Appointed as Chief Bailiff
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has relieved Davit Beginyan from the position of acting Chief Bailiff. This information was reported by the e-gov.am website.
“In accordance with Article 9, Part 7 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Davit Beginyan has been dismissed from the position of acting Chief Bailiff,” the announcement stated.
By another decision of the Prime Minister, Sergey Meghryan has been appointed as the Chief Bailiff.
“In accordance with Article 9, Part 7 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia and Article 12, Part 1 of the Law on Enforcement of Judicial Acts, Sergey Meghryan has been appointed as the Chief Bailiff,” the announcement noted.
It is noteworthy that Sergey Meghryan is a former member of the Council of Courts of Armenia.
