No Decision on Postponement of Football Matches: FFA

Taking into account the new cases of coronavirus spread and the restrictions related to the holding of sporting events in various countries, we inform you that the Football Federation of Armenia is in daily contact with both the specialists of the RA Ministry of Health and UEFA partners. Accordingly, we report that at this time there is no decision regarding the postponement of matches in the Armenian Premier League and First Division.

The issue will be discussed once again tomorrow, March 13, and a relevant decision will be made.

As for the upcoming friendly matches of the Armenian national team, the FFA is also in daily contact with representatives of the football federations of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. The final decision on the holding of these matches will be made on March 17, when the FFA president will participate in an online discussion with UEFA representatives and the presidents of UEFA member associations.
