A citizen called Davit Khajakyan, the leader of the 'Lus' faction, and inquired how it is possible that while announcements are made on television about the clearance of green areas, new construction permits are being issued in parks.

Khajakyan shared this information on his Facebook page, stating, 'Four months ago, I noticed construction works in the Circular Park in front of the Pedagogical University. I approached, took a photo of the project, and recalled that this was previously the area of “Bochka.” I couldn't remember whether it was on a concrete foundation or not, but I decided not to raise the issue at the time. Indeed, a new construction permit was issued in the park, but I anticipated that those affiliated with My Step would explain that this was the fault of the previous administration, while they merely issued a new construction permit for the same area.'

Today, a citizen called and expressed dissatisfaction regarding the construction. He asked how it was possible that television announces the clearance of green areas, while in reality, they are giving new construction permits in the park. I hope that when the mayor returns to Armenia, he will answer this question.'
