The World Health Organization has declared a pandemic due to the new coronavirus. "Cancel the referendum and switch to emergency governance," stated Varuzhan Avetisyan, coordinator of the secretariat of the Sasna Tsrer party, on his Facebook page.

“Wake up! The World Health Organization has declared a pandemic due to the new coronavirus. Cancel the referendum and switch to emergency governance. If you delay, we may find ourselves in a national disaster due to the miserable condition of our civil defense and healthcare systems and, in general, the entire state governance system,” Avetisyan wrote.
