On March 4 at 18:59, a call was received at the National Crisis Management Center reporting that a resident of one of the houses on Esayan Street in Gyumri, Shirak Province, was not responding to knocks at the door. This information was provided by the Press and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

A firefighting unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. Rescuers opened the door of the house and discovered the body of Manushak M. on the bed in the bedroom.
