I am curious why you are asking that question in such a whiny tone, knowing that a significant portion of the diesel fuel is also being wasted in other villages and districts. This was stated by Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today, March 4, during a Q&A session with the government in the National Assembly, responding to the question from LHK faction MP Armen Yeghiazaryan about the neglect of farmers and the cessation of subsidies for fertilizers, as reported by News.am.

“We say we are helping the farmer to work, and you ask why we closed the mechanisms of theft, leaving some village heads and class ‘C’ officials unaccountable. We did well. Because there are dozens of criminal cases initiated against them. Have you not read in the press which senior officials benefited from the diesel fuel? Have you not seen that the diesel fuel we distribute per hectare results in those with large plots of land receiving significant amounts of fuel, funding the oligarchs? And you say the farmer is left alone.”

“We are implementing dozens of programs for farmers and returning funds. I have presented more than 11 programs here. We are introducing development programs, and we want to put farmers in such a development mindset that they no longer need assistance. Or if assistance is necessary, it should be targeted and reach the intended recipients,” the Prime Minister said.
