EU Expects Turkey to Fulfill Its Commitments on Migrants

The European Union is expecting Turkey to fulfill its previously undertaken commitments regarding the halting of migration at its borders with the EU, acknowledging that the union is meeting its own obligations and providing support to Turkey. This was stated by representatives of the European Commission during a briefing held in Brussels.

“We are assisting Turkey and hope that it will fulfill its obligations under the migrant agreement,” said a representative of the Commission.
