Georgia-Azerbaijan Border Not Closed: Denial

According to APA, citing the Georgian Prime Minister's office, reports about the closure of the border with Azerbaijan by Georgia are untrue.
“The restriction on entry-exit is imposed solely due to Iran,” the official statement notes.
It is reminded that earlier information had circulated that Georgia had closed its border with Azerbaijan for two weeks.
