Resignation at the Civil Aviation Committee

The Civil Aviation Committee has issued a statement indicating that Grigor Hayrapetyan, the head of the Flight Operations Department, has submitted a resignation request.

Following the results of inspections conducted by EU experts from February 3-7 this year, a series of changes are expected at the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia. To avoid any potential conflicts of interest, a joint decision has been made for Grigor Hayrapetyan to focus solely on piloting activities. Henceforth, Mr. Hayrapetyan will concentrate exclusively on flight operations.

At the same time, it is noted that Mr. Hayrapetyan will continue to collaborate with the Civil Aviation Committee in an advisory capacity, providing his insights, professional experience, and recommendations, ensuring he remains a part of the Committee.
