Concerns Grow Over Detentions of Peaceful Protesters in Artsakh: Ioannisian

Daniel Ioannisian, the program coordinator of the 'Civil Consciousness' NGO, wrote on his Facebook page: 'Another protest took place yesterday evening in the capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert, demanding the resignation of President Bako Sahakyan.'

In Stepanakert, another protest occurred yesterday evening demanding the resignation of President Bako Sahakyan. 'We are often asked why we demand resignation, given that elections are in a month. As long as Bako Sahakyan is at the helm, organizing fair elections in Artsakh will be impossible,' stated the gathered protesters.
