Video: Protest in Artsakh, Detentions Reported

In Artsakh, citizens are driving through the streets of Stepanakert, chanting demands for the resignation of President Bako Sahakyan and Minister of Emergency Situations Levon Mnatsakanyan.

A video shared by Artsakh1.am shows police halting the movement of citizens and stating that they are using sound signals, which is a hindrance to other moving citizens. Subsequently, the police demand that the citizens present themselves at the station, but the latter refuse, leading to their detentions by law enforcement.
