Hearing Continues in Hayk Sargsyan Case

The hearing in the case of Hayk Sargsyan, the nephew of former President Serzh Sargsyan, is ongoing today at the Shengavit residence of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.

During this hearing, evidence in the case will be reviewed, followed by the questioning of witnesses. It is to be noted that in the previous court session, a firearm was examined as tangible evidence.

Hayk Sargsyan is accused of attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons and ammunition in connection with a crime that occurred 11 years ago.
