Video: Residents Aged 21 and 24 Steal State Property
On February 18, police in the Tavush region uncovered a theft involving state and public property. Officers from the Dilijan Department of Police apprehended two residents, aged 21 and 24, from the village of Haghartsin near the entrance of the village around 3 PM on suspicion of theft.
It was determined at the station that they had stolen approximately 6 meters of cable, 10 bolts, and plates securing the rails from the area along the railway near Haghartsin just hours earlier. The stolen items have been seized. The extent of the damage is currently being assessed, and a product examination has been commissioned. Preparations for documentation on the incident are underway.
